very poor rating

He has been my lawyer for over a year and the only thing he told me was he didn't care how I felt. He has acted as if he has been working for the company and he literally told me this company pays everyone off; including congress. Do I have to say more?

Relationship: Fellow lawyer in community

"I endorse this lawyer. Brian is an excellent workers compensation attorney. I have know him for over 25 years. I first met Brian when I worked for him as a summer law clerk in 1994. I remember watching Brian in the court room litigating a case and was amazed at his presentation and command of the law! His 4 best qualities as an attorney are: (1) super smart; (2) awesome work ethic; (3) pays close attention to detail and (4) honest!"

Avvo Rating

Our Rating is calculated using information the lawyer has included on their profile in addition to the information we collect from state bar associations and other organizations that license legal professionals. Attorneys who claim their profiles and provide Avvo with more information tend to have a higher rating than those who do not.

What determines Avvo Rating?
  • Experience & background Years licensed, work experience, education
  • Legal community recognition Peer endorsements, associations, awards
  • Legal thought leadership Publications, speaking engagements
  • Discipline Disciplinary information may not be comprehensive, or updated. We recommend that you always check a lawyer's disciplinary status with their respective state bar association before hiring them.
