Although I (thankfully!) won't have to use his services, I want to recommend Juston Goodman. I gathered he does traffic violations, car accidents, & criminal cases. He was timely in returning my call (again, I'm not a paying client), informative, incredibly friendly, and very honest. During our consu...ltation, Justin gave me a very clear path to what steps I need to take, and what recourse that I have.

My case was in Alpharetta. I had got into some trouble with the law for a pending DUI case. I called all around Atlanta, and I must say Justin was the first person who seemed to genuinely care. Key word being genuine. He took the time to listen to my story always kept in touch throughout the process.... He did not over deliver on anything. He was upfront about how the case could turn out and I was glad. He was always ready to talk whenever I had any questions and even gave his own personal contact so you can reach him at anytime. In the end I was convicted of a Reckless Driving and I could not have asked for a better result. My license was saved and I am back on the road ready to make better decisions from this learning experience. I had some issues with paying high lawyer fees upfront but he was also very accommodating with this as well. We were able to work out a payment plan and I am almost done paying this off. The whole process was great. 10/10 hopefully I never have to call a lawyer again, but if I do Justin will be on speed dial.

I encountered Justin Good, after a bad experience with my previous counsel. My first attorneys failed to show up to court, file an entry of appearance, and basically stole my retainer. I failed to use a reputable site, like Avvo, and took my chances on a referral that went really bad. Unfortunately..., colleagues do not always give you the best advice. Thank God, for Avvo and Google reviews. From the first phone call, Attorney Goodman answered the phone. That was impressive from the beginning. Then, he made the time and applied the attention I needed to explain my case and the details surrounding the case. He was not abrasive, judgemental, or impersonable. He was very straight to the point, thoughtful in his advise, but also realistic and to the point about my options. I was so impressed with him, in how he handled my first call to him, that I hired him right away on the phone. I had already spoken to 4 previous attorneys from this site, that were good, but not as straight forward as Justin. I got the impression that the other attorneys wanted to lag my case out, in order to make more money. Justin chose to strategically find a way to get my case dismissed, quick fast, and with the least amount of pain to me and my family. I was facing ruining my perfect record, and possibly loosing my career. Justin saw thatbI needed the exposure of this mess caused by my spouse to be minimal, and the handling of my case to be discreet. The case will be dismissed, I still have my home, my daughter, and soon the charges will be expunged from my record. I have never been arrested before, I have a prominent career, I come from a successful, affluent family, and it was all about to be destroyed by a bitter spouse. Justin Goodman was a God sent. If you are looking for counsel that will not beat around the bush, handle your case professionally, and discreetly, you should hire Attorney Goodman.

He was able to provide expert advisement based on experience, reinstatement the driver's license, and got the case reduced to a reckless driving which was more along the line of the situation. Contacted and hired Justin for a dui in Fulton. Justin came recommended by many people. For the price you pay, I do not recommend him. He has good bedside manner and many stories. He enjoys telling stories about how he could’ve gotten you off in a different locality or if the judge was different or t...he prosecutor was different etc. Nothing is ever Justin’s fault. Justin is very sure of himself and his abilities. He is friendly enough, however you should watch what you say to him to avoid getting substandard treatment. I recommend that if you do hire him to admit guilt to him early and repent often. That appeals to him and makes him more willing and amenable to helping you pursue your case. By spending a lot of time with Justin I know that he will see this and will retort with some sort wise/smart/snarky comeback relating to “the facts” of the case etc etc. by which of course he means that if you were incorrectly arrested, for any plethora of reasons, he could’ve gotten you off, just like any other attorney that does this for a living. His negotiating skills are lacking and was evident throughout my ordeal.
