She Saved My Son

I cannot thank this woman enough. I had already hired a lawyer that was doing a terrible job. Nicole came highly recommended by a family friend. After our consultation I was sold. Fired that lawyer, & hired her asap. Not only did she sound confident, but she followed through with everything she said.... She was very honest, and thorough from day one. She taught my son a lot. Had that first lawyer for 1 yr with no movement and was recommended to take a 15 yr plea. I hired Nicole in December, we were on trial by March, my son came home in May. 100% free. To think about the position we were almost put in, I’m glad we didn’t listen and so grateful for the recommendation to hire Nicole. She is a real beast in that courtroom. So smart, so talented, and genuine. She truly is for the people. She gave my son pep talks and checked in even after,& made sure he was settled. They don’t make many lawyers like Nicole. She saved my sons life. If you want a lawyer who stands on what she says, actually cares, will be honest with you, actually communicates, & goes hard for you or your family….Nicole is your girl.

An Attorney That Get Results You Need

Attorney Nicole Fegan is an absolute force in the courtroom. She is professional, efficient, and one of the hardest-working attorneys I’ve ever encountered. From the beginning, Nicole kept my family in the loop and handled every step with precision and confidence. Thanks to her tireless dedication... and fierce advocacy, my grandson was found not guilty—a result that speaks volumes about her skill and commitment. Nicole is unstoppable. I hired Nicole Fegan for 3 different matters all at once strictly because she sounded confident of her ability to win/ do good on the cases.. One case was a civil asset forfiture case (which I was pulled over and NOTHING illegal was found) and I provided Nicole the verification of the legitimate orig...ins of the money. But she still lost that case and she hid the fact she lost the case for over a year until I had to call the court and ask the clerk myself... And the other 2 cases were both criminal and I was never arrested on the scene of the crime and there were no witnesses who could place me on scene... She also did bad on those case because she eventually got me in court and acted like she had no way to properly defend me.. She acted and sounded like we had a slim to none chance of winning in trial... She just talks a good one.. But she will put you on a back burner and hang you out to dry.

Wow is All I can Say

Nicole was there to visit me the day after I was arrested and made me feel very comfortable. She reassured me she would handle everything. Needless to say she delivered. I had 3 felonies and 1 misdemeanor and she was able to get all the charges dropped and my case dismissed. I would absolutely re...commend her to anyone I know needing a criminal defense attorney.

I would definitely recommend Attorney Fegan

Nicole Fegan is a great criminal defense attorney. I called her right when I needed her, and she was there and ready to help me out of my situation. She always responded to my questions in a timely manner whether it was through calling it texting her. She is very professional and she works for you. S...he got me out of a situation that I would not have been able to get out of if I hadn't had her in my corner. She kept me informed about my case, any time a change or update was made. I would recommend her to anyone needing to get out of trouble with the law.
