T.B. was charged with Possession with Intent to Distribute in Putnam County. A search of T.B.’s home produced 22 grams of crack cocaine. I successfully negotiated with the District Attorney’s office ... to a three year sentence on probation. In addition, I was able to get T.B. sentenced under the First Offender Act, which will seal this conviction upon successful completion of her sentence.
