Child Custody / adoption scam
I hired Ms. Tyler I 2015 for a child custody dispute. I exp I was a donor to a young lady who was getting paid by a family to have a baby. I explained how young lady took the families money and put me on child support when she found out I had a good job and she could get more money. The young lady...
I am unaware who wrote this anonymous "review" and strongly suspect this is not a former client. This "review" is surprising to receive as the fact pattern does not fit any client or former client of mine and I don't speak the way this "reviewer" claims. The word, “ain’t,” is not in my vocabulary and I would never say, “ain't no judge going to grant you custody nor do they want to hear about how the situation came about.” I simply don't speak or write in this manner. Additionally, I always fight for my clients, regardless of their circumstances or the challenges they may face. I do not sell false realities; to the contrary, I am realistic and straight forward in advising clients of the potential outcomes of their case. For example, if a client seeking custody advised me they were a convicted felon, I would likely tell them that such a fact could potentially be considered as a factor in a Judge’s custody determination. I would invite the individual who wrote this "review" to call me to discuss.
