Matthew Justin Hollingsworth

Matt Hollingsworth is an Atlanta-based personal injury trial attorney and founding member of Hollingsworth Injury Law, LLC. He has litigated hundreds of personal injury and insurance defense matters in Georgia, acting as first-chair counsel in jury and bench trials. He has extensive experience handling car accident cases, commercial truck and bus crashes, wrongful death claims, and premises liability and negligent security matters. This background has prepared him with the ability to fight aggressively and strategically for accident victims and their families. 

Matt grew up in Gwinnett County, Georgia and graduated with his undergraduate degree in Economics from the Terry College of Business at the University of Georgia. Interested in the advocacy and alternative dispute resolution program, he attended law school at the Pennsylvania State Dickinson School of Law. He focused his studies primarily on civil procedure, evidence, and trial advocacy, and earned his Juris Doctorate in 2013.

In his personal life, Matt is involved in various public service committees and organizations to assist the local community and pro bono groups. He is also an at-large Board Member on his neighborhood association. He and his fiancé have lived in Atlanta for over five years, along with their two dogs, Jazzy Belle and Stella.
