Lee Alexander Peifer

As a member of Sutherland’s Litigation Practice Group, I focus primarily on commercial, employment, and education litigation. My practice involves both trial and appellate work on issues related to a variety of topics, including contractual disputes, business torts, professional liability, ERISA, workplace discrimination, whistleblower retaliation, funding for public education, and constitutional law.

Given my previous experience as a law clerk for Judge Phyllis Kravitch on the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit, I especially enjoy helping my clients challenge or defend judgments on appeal. Regardless of whether we are billing for our time or working on a pro bono basis, developing and implementing successful appellate strategies is one of the most satisfying parts of my career.
