The team leading up to the settlement were great, however the attorney assigned to my case was non responsive. Attorney only took action after I emailed, texted or called for a status update. Nor did the attorney review my records before responding to me. I had to bring the attorney up to speed over ...and over again to make sure we’re on the same page.

I received the worst customer service and communication with this business. My case was a easy case, I was hit from back at a stop light. Law firm refused to give me the treatment I needed because they wanted to use their own contracted medical facilities. When I advised them of what treatment I need... per my nursing degree and primary doctor they threatened to close my case. After stating that I will hire another lawyer then they proceeded to provide physical therapy which is the only service I was requesting for 4 months, by then my pain was so bad I could not pick my children up or turn my neck. After receiving the payment from the insurance company on my behalf they held the check for over 3 weeks refusing to issue me a check. DO NOT...I REPEAT DO NOT USE this company, you will regret it.

Lawrence Buddoo has been good all around since I hired him in December, I gave him 5's across the board because of the criteria asked I haven't been let down. I don't have much experience with attorneys, this is my first time pressing charges. Buddoo and associates has been super helpful since I sig...ned up with them, they came to me, give me regular status updates, and are respectful of my situation. I would recommend them until they let me down in which case this review will be changed. I don't expect that to happen.
