The settlement amount offered in the beginning of my claim was$3500 . After almost 2 years if waiting to get in court to see what the judge felt like was fair,buddoo an associate settled my case which was to be presented in front of my judge that morning at 10:00am they settled my case that morning ...before I arrived for the same $3500 I was previously offered at the beginning of my claim which I denied offer for 2 years in hopes of the judge settling the case with a fair verdict. I was not citied at the accident scene the other driver were at fault immediate from running traffic signal.

I received the worst customer service and communication with this business. My case was a easy case, I was hit from back at a stop light. Law firm refused to give me the treatment I needed because they wanted to use their own contracted medical facilities. When I advised them of what treatment I need... per my nursing degree and primary doctor they threatened to close my case. After stating that I will hire another lawyer then they proceeded to provide physical therapy which is the only service I was requesting for 4 months, by then my pain was so bad I could not pick my children up or turn my neck. After receiving the payment from the insurance company on my behalf they held the check for over 3 weeks refusing to issue me a check. DO NOT...I REPEAT DO NOT USE this company, you will regret it.
