Jim Peterson was a sexist type older boomer attorney who tried using 1960’s type shaming practices on the other side. He was trying to shame a woman for being engaged, when the other male party had been married four times and was a convicted counterfeiting felon! It was seriously sad how bad he was i...n court — it was actually shocking how unprepared and bungling his performance was in the courtroom. I was almost embarrassed for him…he lost our case and did nothing but make us look stupid and petty, instead of prepared with actual case law.
