I can't say enough great things about how Ashley handled my child custody case. She always put the kid's needs first and was my rock throughout the entire process. Ashley knew every detail of our case, making me feel as if I was her only client. She approached our case with such care and compassio...n and fought for what was best for my kids as if they were her own. It was a very emotional process for me and Ashley was truly incredible. She put together a very solid and fair parenting plan that enabled the kids to safely visit with their father despite his on-going addiction. I can't say enough great things about Ashley and would highly recommend her to anyone going through a contentious custody situation. She is incredibly professional and great to work with.

There may be children involved, betrayal, manipulation and frequently intense emotions. She strategically took all these into consideration during my divorce. I am a full time surgeon and mother of two and Ashley guided me through the most painful few months of my life when I was blindsided by my divorce. She is kind, knowledgeable, professional, prompt and very responsive. She was very respectful of my time and tricky schedule. She kept me informed at all times and had extensive experience in family law to tailor the best approach to my situation. Our first meeting together was a long one, she took in all the details and dynamic of my marriage, my partner, his personality and what was at stake in our divorce as well as the events that led up to the divorce. Every marriage and thus divorce is different- we came up with a pretty unique parenting plan that suited our family. She provided excellent negotiation with opposing counsel and calmed me down during the more intense moments. Ultimately I gained even more than I had asked for without needing to go to court and I avoided a long drawn out process as well. Since the divorce, she has been available and helpful when I have needed legal advice on minor issues regarding enforcement of our parenting plan. Divorce is hard. No one should have to go through one. I cannot recommend her highly enough though and could not have done it without Ashley and her team. Thank you Ashley!
