Worst Attorney Please do not hire Attorney Dixon to represent you for Family practice or a Divorce case! I paid her the retainer fee to represent my Son and is very disappointed with her rendered services. The opposing Attorney filed several motions and she never filed a motion on his behalf. It al...most appeared that she is was working with the opposing counsel against him. Ms. Dixon only have 3 years of experience and it showed when she asked my Son to hire another Attorney to assist her. Horrible communication skills- Who calls a client at 6:00 a.m. to debrief the day of a trial and shows up 30 minutes late to court? He has been fighting to receive his funds from an escrow account and reduction in child support with no assistance or responses from her! She showed no concern or compassion but still received money for providing poor service. He lost his livelihood and everything that he owned with no fight or help from her.

Brittany Dixon Is by far one of the BEST attorneys in Atlanta. She was the 2nd attorney that I was working with after my first attorney was absolutely insane. She listened to my concerns, she advocated for what I wanted and was brutally honest in regards to what was best for me and what was emotional.... As you are going through a divorce, it can be a very emotional time, but to have someone in your corner that really was willing to take the emotions and the emotional responses and use emotional intelligence to navigate my situation, was truly the BEST FEELING ever. We settled, I didn't even have to go to court and I got 99.9% of what I wanted. Brittany advocated for me without me having to advocate for myself and she wouldn't let me give up when I felt overwhelmed and wanted to. She communicated effectively and she was honest every step of the way. She made sure that I understood her value and she showed it to me throughout the entire process. I am so thankful that I had her in my corner for my divorce. She is truly a blessing in her expertise and I'm so thankful for who she is and using her gift.

I hired Brittany to representment me she entered into my case on 12/16/21 and my case is still not finished she did absolutely nothing to help me in my simple child support modification case can you imagine if I was dealing with a divorce. She is very inexperienced in family law, opposing counsel fil...ed many many motions in my case she never responded to not one motion after telling me that she would respond appropriately, she set me up to fail. Brittany believes in working with or cooperating with opposing counsel but not for the good of her client and she don't mind selling you out she is very argumentative if she dont like what you have to say or if you express your concerns with the case she's all about the money. I have since had to part ways with her and my case is still in the wind she has hurt my case very very bad please do yourself a favor and stay away from this woman especially if you are a man fighting for your livelihood this is not the attorney for you you will definitely lose everything if the opposing side has the funds to actually pay a lawyer that will fight for them. The only good thing about her is that it is easy to schedule to speak with her with any concerns on her website. I will be filing a grievance with the Georgia Bar.
