Kyle Lawrence Parker

Kyle Parker is an associate in the Atlanta office of Hawkins Parnell Thackston & Young LLP. He defends businesses and individuals in various types of litigation including professional malpractice, contract disputes, product liability, premises liability, general negligence, transportation, and insurance coverage and bad faith. He has represented a wide range of clients from Fortune 500 companies to small, privately-held entities, and professionals, such as insurance brokers, lawyers, and nurses.

Experienced in all phases of litigation, Kyle analyzes cases from inception to help develop and implement cost-effective litigation strategies. He regularly responds to complaints, conducts written discovery, takes and defends depositions, drafts and argues motions, and assists with trial preparation. Kyle applies a creative motion practice that includes motions to compel, summary judgment motions, motions in limine, and has drafted a Daubert motion that excluded testimony of the plaintiff’s expert resulting in the court striking the witness and granting summary judgment. He is also called upon to interpret a variety of insurance policies and provide coverage options for insurers.
