I had an auto accident back in 2011. I backed out of my driveway, and as I came to a stop to put the car into drive, my neighbor backed out at full speed and t-boned me. He was apologetic and begged me not to call the police. He offered to give me $100 for my car repair--uh no. I'm glad I called ...the police because my car was totaled and I suffered terrible injuries to my neck, back, and shoulder. Then my neighbor's insurance company refused to accept liability for the accident and claimed I was partially at fault! Unbelievable! I was so upset, especially because the police officer put in the report that it was my neighbor who caused the accident. Thank GOD for Eddie Kim! He never gave up on my case!
