Starting from the day I came into the office, I felt a lot of tension released from the stress of the bike accident was involved in. I met with Edward and he explained the process and how it would work if I decided to have them represent me. After some paperwork, they set me up with all the medical a...ppointments. Then made sure I wasn't responsible for any bills till after my case settled. After I was felling better from medical treatment, they explained how the process would move from there and answered all my questions. They reached out to me when they had finished deliberations with the insurance company and asked if I was satisfied with the number. After that I was in close contact to help get copies of all my itemized bills. When all this was finished up they moved on to reductions of the bills to maximize the money I would get when all was said and done. After hearing that was completed, I was given a few week timeline to get final number on the settlement. I received a call 4 hours later with a final number, then a few more weeks to get the check. The following day I got another call and an appointment to pick up a check. Great service, nice people, and a wonderful experience overall. It's not a huge firm will you will get lost in the bureaucracy and they take the time to make things personal.
