I am an attorney with Gaslowitz Frankel LLC, one of the leading fiduciary litigation firms in the Southeast. I have a broad business litigation background, including general civil, bankruptcy, franchise, construction, and commercial disputes. Craig Frankel, one of the founding partners, and I met while practicing litigation together at Meadows, Ichter & Trigg. I am thrilled to once again be working with Craig in the area of business and fiduciary litigation.

In order to be an effective advocate for a client, you must listen carefully to the client’s needs and desires while assessing and communicating to the client the strengths and weaknesses of the client’s case. I am sensitive to the role that family dynamics often play in fiduciary litigation and advise clients to consider how their actions will impact their family relationships before proceeding. I guide my clients through all aspects of the litigation process, from the initial case evaluation and trial strategy through discovery, summary judgment, and trial of the case. At each step in the process, I carefully evaluate with the client the risks and benefits of proceeding to trial as well as when to consider mediation or settlement negotiations. I am mindful of constantly communicating and informing the client throughout the litigation process so that my client’s position is maximized for a successful resolution.
