It was such a pleasure working with Mr.Gross. He was extremely professional and handled my case in a precise manner. He made me feel comfortable with the case and the out come of the case! I would definitely recommend him and do business with him again.

The Appeals Process

I met Caleb over a month ago to handle my denied unemployment benefit process , and after meeting him I felt a sense of relief from worrying, he took the time to consult me in great detail what i was facing, I had found someone i could trust and turn to at this difficult time and he did an awesome jo...b on representing me and I won the case, yeah! BC, Cartersville, Employer Appealed BC's Being Awarded UI Insurance After 15 Years of Employment

Mr. Gross was an enthusiastic advocate for me even though a small amount was at stake in the case. He kept my previous employer from forcing me, through the appeal process, to have to pay back UI benefits I had already drawn. Kudos to Caleb!

Well Done

Had an unemployment case and Mr Gross was very informative, straight forward and conducted himself professionally. He has a great sense of reading people and gave a strong closing statement during my hearing and we won my case. I highly recommend him and would, if needed, use him again.

Lifesaver

My experience working with William during such a stressful time was quite reassuring. He was always a phone call or email away, if I had any questions. He was amazing in being able to piece together the facts of my case with the paperwork I presented to him. He was always clear when he communicated ...with me and I was able to resolve this matter with his help swiftly, and I am extremely satisfied with his work.
