Linda G. Bass

Twenty-five years ago, my mom was killed by a drunk driver. My brother and I were very young and had no experience dealing with insurance companies so we hired a lawyer to represent us. The lawyer we hired never explained anything to us in a way that we could understand. He seldom returned our phone calls. My negative experience with my own personal injury case gave me the desire to help others in their time of need. I started out as a paralegal and eventually went to law school in order to fulfill my dream of helping the injured and their loved ones.

Today, I am blessed with clients whose needs come from many different areas of the law. I represent injured workers, victims of car wrecks, patients mistreated by their doctors, and folks who have been injured or killed through no fault of their own. I pride myself in being available to my clients and providing them with guidance and understanding in a very difficult time in their lives.

My clients are more than just a name on a file. I genuinely care about their pain and their struggles. I work hard to achieve success for them in resolving their legal problems. My goal is the same for every client - to listen to their needs, and to fight for everything my clients are entitled to from those who have injured them.
