Went the Extra Mile
Nick worked with Paul Bartels on our cases. They really went the extra mile in our case. We hired them for a drug / controlled substances case. Well, it was more like three different cases in two different counties, including a probation violation case, a new controlled substances violation case, and a different controlled substances case (where a gun was also found, though it wasn't his, but the DA might have said who knows what). So, this was an extremely difficult situation, with three felonies in 2 counties all being processed at the same time! It took a lot of juggling! And on top of all that, our goal was to get the person into rehab, in order to get better, versus just to have time in jail. They had so much work to do to make this happen, helping to identify rehabs that the judge would approve, that the probation officer would approve, that the DA would approve. Nick and Paul were professional, courteous, and hard working. We are very appreciative.

The state of Georgia indicted me on two counts of Racketeering that I did not commit. Nick defended me with dedication, caring, and skillfulness in interacting with all parties involved. Against almost insurmountable odds, he was able to get my case dismissed. I will be eternally grateful for all he has done for me. I consider him a superb criminal defense attorney and also call him my friend!

Good and Knowledgeable
I was in a bad situation at one point in my life, the Federal Government brought criminal action against me and i knew i had to be accountable for my action. I was looking for a good lawyer who specialized in criminal law, one who has professional experience in a court room and could give me good advice on what i needed to do. I interviewed three lawyer and someone told me about Nicholas Lotito, so i meet with him and we talked for hours, i was very impress with his honesty, i was convince and had know doubts or uncertainty that he was the person i needed to represent me. At the end of the trial everything worked out good. So thank you Mr. Lotito for the good work you did.

Highest Praise
I chose Nick after interviewing many criminal lawyers. It was the best decision I could have made. I was facing some very serious charges that could have resulted in me being incarcerated. Over a 2 year period he guided me through meetings with the DOJ. He always gave me sound advice and kept me posted on any situational matters. He was eloquent in the courtroom and street smart in his interaction with any and all parties involved in my case. Due his expertise I surprisingly was only sentenced to a short period of house arrest and no fine. I certainly don' t expect to be in this situation again but I would strongly recommend to anybody facing criminal charges to retain Nick Lotito. You will be in good hands

Exacty who you want on your side...
Initially I hired Nick Lotito for a whistle blower case. I am convinced that BEING an EXPERT isn't ENOUGH, AUTHORITY matters!! He conducts himself in such a way that even the government officers involved take his words for it. He involved the right people early on. At some point, it was very clear that litigation was not a favorable option. He explored various options and got me immigration relief. It is my opinion that in looking for counsel, look no further if you are looking for best outcome.

Prevented one misunderstand from ruining my life
I was very lucky to have discovered Nick when the State of GA brought charged me with a felony that I did not commit. I had been released on bond but with a travel restriction so I could not leave the state, but was slated to start a new job outside the state the following week! When I explained the situation to Nick, he reacted quickly and intervened. He was able to get the travel restriction lifted before even all the case's papers had arrived at the courthouse! As the case progressed, he kept me fully in the loop on everything development and did everything possible to help. He was able to get the charges dropped fully on the very first court date with out an issue. Once the charges were dropped, he even helped me to free my car from impound by providing paperwork and doing the research needed to get it released. I realize that Nick provided me with the best possible outcome of this case, and could not have done it without him. If you are looking at heavy charges and need someone who will fight for you and keep you updated as much as possible, Nick comes highly recommended from me.
