Nicholas A. Lotito

Nick worked with Paul Bartels on our cases. They really went the extra mile in our case. We hired them for a drug / controlled substances case. Well, it was more like three different cases in two different counties, including a probation violation case, a new controlled substances violation case, and... a different controlled substances case (where a gun was also found, though it wasn't his, but the DA might have said who knows what). So, this was an extremely difficult situation, with three felonies in 2 counties all being processed at the same time! It took a lot of juggling!
