The outcome could have been better
Overall they did a great job with communication. It was easy to navigate the communication throughout. However the only downfall was that the outcome was not as perceived or promised.

I wouldn’t use her
All she did was make false promises and drag out processes to run up the bill. I won my case and she could have charged the extra attorney fees to the other party but spent more time trying to withdraw form the case than I feel like she actually spent on the case.
