Biography
I am an Atlanta based attorney and Florida Certified Public Accountant.
I graduated from Miami University (Ohio) with a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and Finance and then from the University of Miami School of Law. My career includes employment as a registered securities principal with a national investment firm, as a senior tax accountant with the international accounting firm of Deloitte & Touche and as an attorney with a large regional Atlanta law firm.
I specialize in all matters of taxation, IRS representation, estate planning and administration, executor and trustee services, business formation and operation, real estate and business sales, mergers and acquisitions, financial planning and investment counseling. Representative clients include closely held businesses and their owners, corporate executives, independent professionals and estates and trusts.
In addition to my business pursuits, I am active with several local religious and charitable organizations and have traveled the world extensively gaining appreciation for foreign cultures and languages.
