One Star is Too Much

Having Ms. Snider for representation was more stressful than getting a divorce. She is unavailable, response time is ridiculous, completely unorganized. Every expensive conversation involved repeatedly explaining details of case. She didn’t show up at HER OFFICE for mediation. The opposing attorney w...as there talking to her on zoom. She was at home. After I fired her, she continued to contact me suggesting I give her another attempt to negotiate. She said she would do that if I gave her my credit card that day for more money. She said she would discount the 3% credit card charge. A disgrace to the profession.

WOULD NOT RECOMMEND

Hired Rachel to protect me and focus on my best interests, yet disregarded the objectives of my case as primary goal became herself and personal needs. Argumentative. Vague. Poor communication skills. Slow to respond. Lack of transparency. Excessively conservative - which meant a lot of money for her... but unnecessary. Brought son to hearings and billed double attorney hours - checking her phone every minute. Beware of block-billing and high increment minimums.

Extremely disappointed

Hired her because she came highly recommended. What a mistake. During the prep for the trial she took multiple personal phone calls from her son. Billing was confusing and expensive. During the trial she forgot evidence twice, charged me to have her paralegal bring it to the trial. Spent several ...valuable court hours researching information that she knew about months before the trial. Failed to bring up important financial considerations. Seemed to be unorganized.

Highly recommended

She helped me with a very complex situation. She was responsive and kept me well informed. Her staff is always available, if she is not. Her legal representation was worth every dime I spent and the outcome of my situation could not have been better. I recommend her highly.

Divorce champion

Rachel Snider was simply a godsend to me during the worst time in my life. She helped me through such a complex divorce and she has an incredible team that she works with who are always available to take your call if she is in trial. Believe me she is not afraid to fight for you and your childre...n and that is what you need when you are not up to a fight. I would recommend her to anyone who is looking for a champion.
