After starting an insurance defense firm over 25 years ago, in February of 2012 I decided it was time to represent those injured rather than defend those who had caused injury.  My last case on the defense side involved a family who had accumulated over $450,000 of medical bills due to the accident.  I represented the driver who had caused the collision and our strategy was to admit fault and allege that the injuries were not caused by the collision.  It was a hard faught trial that lasted over a week and the end result was a defense verdict.  After seeing how crushed the plaintiffs were I decided that my energy should be spent helping those injured.  It is my pleasure to bring my extensive knowledge of auto tort law to the plaintiff's side.
