Serge Jerome Jr.

Hired him for a civil case. He failed to serve the defendant or make diligent efforts. Defendant filed motion to dismiss based on lack of service. Jerome never responded to the motion and never contacted me about the case at all! So, because he didn’t do anything on the case, the judge dismissed it. ...I am filing bar complaints and a legal malpractice lawsuit.

Can someone tell me how to reach Attorney Serge Jerome? He started a case with me about my car that had been dismantled by a mechanic. He was supposed to follow up with the mechanic and me. I never heard back from him. The mechanic said that he no longer has my car. My car is gone as well as my money.... I've been reaching out to this attorney for months. He has not returned my calls.

Initially meeting and hiring Mr. Serge, I got a very good vibe from him and he appeared very knowledgeable on my situation. As time went on…I could hardly ever get in contact with him, phone calls/voicemails were missed & not returned, emails went unanswered, he would show up unprepared to court date...s. He turned an assignment that could have been complete in less than two months, to almost 6 months. It was extremely extremely stressful for me as I was already going through a ton of things for me to even have to seek legal advice in the first place. He didn’t even show up to my last court date. Long story short, keep searching if you want a stress-free experience.

I hired Jerome on an accident case and he's the best! Prior,I had consulted with 3 different attorneys and they told me i did not have a case. I looked this attorney up on google, i was skeptical at first, BUT he took care of everything, he went over and beyond his duties. I will refer this attorney ...as he truly works hard and communicated very well throughout my case and he knows the law! Justice was served!

Jerome is a good and honest attorney. I hired him to sue a contractor who did not complete a remodeling job for me. The contractor only did half the work even though we paid him all the money. Jerome sued him and got most of the money we paid back from the contractor and I even got my attorneys fee p...aid for by the contractor. I was able to hire another contractor to complete the job and I didn't lose any money at all. A lot of these attorneys will give you the run around but Jerome is a straight shooter. He told me what was going to happen and how much it was going to cost and kept his word the whole time. Never tried to charge me a dime more or get more money because we won. Good honest person.
