One very important thing that Mr Jerome did for me was to realize that I'm on a fixed income, and put me on a payment plan. He also spread up the process in getting my case dismissed, seeing that the charges against me were not true. I did, however, experienced some difficulty contacting him at times..., and communication could have been a bit more thorough. I really needed to get a more detailed explanation about my outcome, and that hasn't changed. There are still questions that I have for him, and would appreciate hearing from his office about certain follow-ups that are being considered. Overall, though, he was easy to talk to and very professional.

My son was accused of 2 felonys and they said they mandatory sentence was 20 years in prison. I tried to find a private attorney but they were all so expensive so I had to go with the government attorney. They never answered the phone when I called them the only time I saw them was when I went to cou...rt. Then they kept telling my son he had to take a deal for 10 years in prison and 10 years probation. I wasn't going to take that so I looked around some more and my sister told me about this attorney she was working with who was really good and would work with me on the money that was Attorney Jerome. I called him and he talked to me in a way I could understand he was very truthful with me and told me from the beginning that my son might have some prison time. He called me every time there was a hearing. He always did what he said he was going to do. He let me pay him every 2 weeks when I got paid. Before I hired him I was so stressed out and I didn't want my son to spend his whole life in prison I couldn't sleep but after him started working for me he made me feel so much better. The government attorney I had before was so lazy they let the prosecutor do whatever they wanted but Serge fought them on everything. He showed the judge how they were lying on my son. When they saw that they had no chance against him they asked Attorney Jerome to take a deal and my son wanted to be done with everything so they dropped one of the charges and gave my son 5 years probation on the other charge.
