Serge Jerome Jr.

Hired him for a civil case. He failed to serve the defendant or make diligent efforts. Defendant filed motion to dismiss based on lack of service. Jerome never responded to the motion and never contacted me about the case at all! So, because he didn’t do anything on the case, the judge dismissed it. ...I am filing bar complaints and a legal malpractice lawsuit.

Jerome is a good attorney and he's really a good person. I hired Jerome for car accident case when my pastor referred me to him. My daughter got in an accident and the cop gave her and the other driver tickets but my daughter didn't do anything wrong. Jerome got the ticket thrown out. He filed an ins...urance claim for my car and the hospital bills. The insurance company only want to give me 10 thousand. Jerome sued them and got the whole policy. He has 2 good paralegals that are very professional and very nice. Jerome really cares about what he does. He was seriously mad when the insurance company wouldn't give us a better deal and he didn't flinch to sue them. Jerome is a good and honest attorney. I hired him to sue a contractor who did not complete a remodeling job for me. The contractor only did half the work even though we paid him all the money. Jerome sued him and got most of the money we paid back from the contractor and I even got my attorneys fee p...aid for by the contractor. I was able to hire another contractor to complete the job and I didn't lose any money at all. A lot of these attorneys will give you the run around but Jerome is a straight shooter. He told me what was going to happen and how much it was going to cost and kept his word the whole time. Never tried to charge me a dime more or get more money because we won. Good honest person.

My son was accused of 2 felonys and they said they mandatory sentence was 20 years in prison. The government attorney I had before was so lazy they let the prosecutor do whatever they wanted but Serge fought them on everything. He showed the judge how they were lying on my son. When they saw that they had no chance against him they asked Attorney Jerome to take a deal and my son wanted to be done with everything so they dropped one of the charges and gave my son 5 years probation on the other charge.
