Hello My name is Ramone Meyer, I currently reside in Douglasville Ga. I am a veteran of 10 yrs in the United States Army. In February of 2016 I was pulled over by a Douglas county deputy for going around another vehicle which had his emergency flashers on in a no passing lane. I was of accused of sme...lling like green Marijuana and I was asked to take a alka sensor test in which I had no problem with. upon several times of attempting to take this test I was accused of not blowing right, and then I refused to blow after that. I was then arrested by the officer for DUI drugs and alcohol. I was later subpoena to have a search warrant of my blood in custody. The state charged me with two DUI's on one offense with a BAC of 0.057. The Jury deliberated and in less then 30 minutes they had reached a verdict. I was found not guilty of both DUI charges. Mary Agarmonte never left me one time. We walked out of court together as we came in. I personally not just hired a attorney, I have gained a great friend.
