Hello My name is Ramone Meyer, I currently reside in Douglasville Ga. I am a veteran of 10 yrs in the United States Army. In February of 2016 I was pulled over by a Douglas county deputy for going around another vehicle which had his emergency flashers on in a no passing lane.
