Judge Adams is the most embarrassing example of what is stereotypically is wrong with the judicial system in Fulton County

The condescension and surliness in Judge Adams’s courtroom is only surpassed by her absolute unwillingness to rule on any motion or matter that would resolve a civil case in a timely manner. Although the lawyers are afraid to speak out against her. She is shamefully well known for having the least ...efficient docket in the circuit and is the subject of eye rolling and headshaking when her name is given mention. . Many, many hundreds of thousands and millions of dollars have been wasted, spent on absolutely unnecessary legal fees simply waiting on this judge to get off her butt and do the job for which she is paid by our tax dollars. By the look of her social media and public profile. She seems to be far busier, creating some sort of name for herself in the community than actually ruling on the matters brought to her court in the capacity of her sworn role has a justice. Fulton County doesn’t need a TV judge like Judge Judy. It needs an officer of the court that works efficiently with dignity and without banal self-promotion to adjudicate the matters presented to the court.

Strict but fair and trustworthy

Judge Kimberly Adams has an extensive legal resume that impressed me and I do remember her in 2005 when I took my plea she was a district attorney then and seemed fair and I could not help but feel good things when I saw her in 2005. I figured she would eventually move up in rank and become a judge. ...She handled my probation violation on a banishment condition and ruled in my favor in what was a very complex and weird case. I thought she was a fair judge and her ruling worked out for all party's in the case. Now that she is a superior court judge in wouldn't surprise me at all seeing her appointed in federal court as a district judge or even on the 11th circuit. I feel she would excel on the federal level as she is now on my the state level. she is fair and goes by the book and isn't afraid to do the right thing.
