If you are an employee-side counsel and want your case handled unfairly and slowly, I recommend AJ Evans. In my client's case, Agency counsel claimed it would settle the case, but then stalled mediation and settlement for 18 months. And now the unethical Agency counsel Bradley Siskind want to stall four more months. If Agency counsel's dilatory tactics succeed, and they likely will because AJ Evans favors the employer at every turn, the Agency will have stalled mediation and settlement for two years!
