Outstanding
I've been working with John for several years attempting to fight with a horrible disability insurer. He has great insight and his gentle manner gets the insurer to slowly work with him over time versus an ugly lawsuit as a last resort.

You could do much better with someone else.
In my opinion, he pads the billing hours. He avoids communicating bad news. Be cautious if it is an insurance matter. It may be difficult to tell which side he is representing.
