Joel Jerome Humphries

Our managing attorney, Mr. Joel Humphries, has worked exclusively as a Social Security Disability Attorney for the last 8 years.  Prior to becoming a disability advocate, Mr. Humphries practiced in other areas such as civil litigation and real estate.  He is a graduate of the University of North Carolina-Chapel Hill Law School in Chapel Hill, NC (2006).   Mr. Humphries also obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration (2003) as well as a Bachelors of Science degree in Political Science (2003) from the University of North Carolina in Chapel Hill, NC.  He is a current member of the Georgia Bar Association and the North Carolina Bar Association.

As a Disability Advocate, Mr. Humphries has successfully represented thousands of Social Security Disability claimants throughout the United States including Georgia, North Carolina, Tennessee, South Carolina, Alabama, Florida, Kentucky, Mississippi, New York, Michigan, and Massachusetts.

Building on his extensive experience and professional expertise, Mr. Humphries continuously strives to obtain a successful optimal outcome for all claimants he represents.  Over the years, he has observed that the Social Security Disability process can be better approached by educating the claimants regarding the process; optimizing claimant file detail; and real-time feedback throughout the case.
