This attorney did not do all that he could have done to settle my case. My claim was denied by the insurance company and I am left with injuries plus medical bills. Throughout the entire process, I only heard from the attorney twice and thereafter, I was bounced around from one person to the next in ...his firm. I would receive a phone call from a person from his firm and each time it was a different person. My case was farmed out to the legal investigator and not an attorney. Red flag number one, the attorney was not willing to meet with me as the client face to face, at any time during the process. I honestly feel that this firm did not fight hard enough against the insurance company of the person who really caused the accident. I had an interview with the insurance company adjuster with representation from the legal investigator and not the attorney. A few days after the interview with the insurance company, my claim was denied. This firm did not go after the insurance company to get them to investigate the facts a little further. Obviously the insurance company did not do any further investigation. The claim was denied and shortly thereafter I received a letter from this firm notifying me that I am no longer represented by Mr. Yokely's firm. I have never been in an accident which resulted in a hospitalization and injuries. Now I am left with the task of dealing with the medical bills and my injuries that have not completely healed. I would not recommend this firm to anyone. It appears that my case wasn't big enough for them to fight for the justice that was really needed in my case.

They got me a hefty amount at 5 yes old and afte...r being g off work for a week they got me a hefty settlement. My workman's comp was only going to pay me less than what I make in two weeks. They are very nice and kept me informed. And they even remembered me from all those years ago.
