P...lus, he's the only attorney that would speak to me about my case before coming into the office; and he's affordable! Now, don't think this is some magic show. You have to get them all the necessary information and be honest with what's happening. If you do your part, you can relax and let them do theirs. Poor communication, forms would be sent to complete with no explanation, I had to call and force an appointment then was treated like I was intruding on his time, but he quickly charged me. Retainer was paid but final cost was 32% higher. When updated information was sent the staff failed to upda...te files resulting in delays receiving information.

Mr. Bodiford was handling my Mother in law's estate and I must say I wouldn't recommend him to ANYONE!! He will not return your calls, he is rude and so is his staff! I cannot believe that he is still licensed. It has been 1 1/2 years since he was appointed to be administrator and we are still "wai...ting". Her house was sold in June and Mr. Bodiford didn't even show up to the closing so the buyers couldn't get the keys. The next day he still didn't show up so they had to track him down to sign the closing docs! Please save yourself the stress and steer clear of this man!
