I was recommended to Mr. Allen by a judge when I was falsely accused of a crime. He heard my side of the story, he was completely honest with me. Mr. Bodiford was recommended to me second as a "bulldog" for his clients in court. I had read other reviews and had spoken to some other clients in regards to his services. They all said the same that he is self righteous, but he did fight for his clients. I had no idea how much of that was true un...til now. I had questions and issues with my ongoing divorce matter. I was patient enough with the fact that sometimes it took several days to hear anything back in regards to my questions. I do understand these things take time. However, when I had a misunderstanding about certain procedures and advised that I needed answers to some contradictory info I was receiving, rather than trying to correctly explain (because he didn't explain correctly the first time, hence my issues) he pretty much just told me I was stupid for not understanding the first time, he owed me no explanations, and to hire another attorney. Needless to say, I won't be recommending his services and will be spreading the word! If you're looking for someone who is a lil more sensitive to the fact that you yourself are NOT a lawyer and are looking for customer service and be kept correctly informed---GO somewhere else!
