Allen W. Bodiford

Mr. Bodiford was recommended to me second as a "bulldog" for his clients in court. I had read other reviews and had spoken to some other clients in regards to his services. They all said the same that he is self righteous, but he did fight for his clients. I had no idea how much of that was true un...til now. I had questions and issues with my ongoing divorce matter. I was patient enough with the fact that sometimes it took several days to hear anything back in regards to my questions. I do understand these things take time. However, when I had a misunderstanding about certain procedures and advised that I needed answers to some contradictory info I was receiving, rather than trying to correctly explain (because he didn't explain correctly the first time, hence my issues) he pretty much just told me I was stupid for not understanding the first time, he owed me no explanations, and to hire another attorney. Needless to say, I won't be recommending his services and will be spreading the word! If you're looking for someone who is a lil more sensitive to the fact that you yourself are NOT a lawyer and are looking for customer service and be kept correctly informed---GO somewhere else!

Mr. Bodiford is a brilliant, experienced, knowledgeable attorney. His support staff is prompt, accurate, and timely in every action needed for you and your individual needs. Mr. Bodiford’s firm is a personal group, and you do not feel like just another client. Everyone at the firm is familiar with your particular needs and situation. They answer the phone, they respond quickly, and you never have to wait very long for a personal response. Mr. Bodiford is not a therapist he is an attorney. He is tough, but I needed tough. He would not allow me feel sorry for myself. He helped me to stand up when I didn’t know if I could. He gave me stern direction when I needed it, and a guiding hand through-out the entire process. He didn’t allow me to give up, but encouraged me to fight! If you need legal expertise, and you want to win and have support along the entire journey Mr. Allen Bodiford and his team is the group you MUST choose. Unfortunately I’ve had more experience with law firms than I ever thought I would. None of them have been very pleasant until I met Allen Bodiford, Lauren Taylor and their team. They are BY FAR the best people I have ever worked with on legal matters. Absolutely THE BEST. They and their staff (Allen,... Lauren, Julie & Kaitlyn) are all honest, ethical, professionals. Looking for a law firm, is like walking through an area covered with land mines. You can't be too careful. Allen and Lauren know what they doing. They will discuss your case with you and tell you what to expect. They charge a fair amount and they’re not looking for ways to run up your cost. They know what it takes to win cases and they don’t do unnecessary legal proceedings. I vigorously challenge ANY negative reviews on any web site about this team. They’re the best you are going to find, and a real credit to the profession. I will never use anyone else for legal matters they can handle.

Allen Bodiford is an AWESOME Lawyer. I would recommend him to anyone that is going through a divorce especially if you are a male. Allen will fight for your rights!
