About Tara
Biography
I am the managing partner of Moulds and Moulds. After finishing law school in 1997, I served as Law Clerk to the Honorable Jeffrey S. Bagley in the State Court of Forsyth County, Georgia. In private practice, I am an experienced litigator who has represented individuals, local governments, and one of the nation’s largest grocery retailers. My practice is now focused on Student Loan Law and small business representation.
I am admitted to practice law in the State and Superior Courts of Georgia, as well as the United States District Court for the Northern District of Georgia and the Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals.
I earned my Bachelor of Arts from the University of California, Santa Barbara in 1994. In 1997, I earned my Juris Doctor from Emory University School of Law.
