Cindy S. Manning

If I was able to put 10 stars I would, I previously had another lawyer to represent me prior to this case and with Cindy Manning it was like light and day. She gave me the advice that would best help me during my case and kept on top of me to make sure everything was completed prior to court. I ended... up getting a sweet deal that I was not expecting. It was clear she was extremely well known in the court system and it seemed to work in our favor in the end. God forbid I ever get any a situation like that again but if I did, I’d know who my first call would be. Thank you Cindy! Always will be grateful!

I was arrested in 2014 for 15 charges and the only letter that came to my house was Cindy's at Manning Legal Group. She wanted to represent me. I had never been in trouble before so I shopped around for some other lawyers. Every other lawyer I called was either too expensive or overwhelmed me saying ...they don't think I'll win my case. I needed someone to understand what really happened and how my character does not reflect the manner of the alleged charges against me. I called Cindy in April of 2014 and she gave me a very reasonable price. I told Cindy that I'd like to get back with her. It was all so overwhelming that I didn't call her back until July of 2016 when I received a letter to appear in court. Cindy still had my file and she even asked me what did we negotiate in retainer fees. I told her and she kept that same fee from 2 years ago. Which was extremely reasonable. Cindy and her assistant Holly were so patient with me. They were always available to talk if I ever had questions. They sympathized with my story and because they knew God is a big part of my life they often told me they would be praying with me. What I appreciate most is that they made my experience personal. When I cried they were there to assure me of all the things going in my favor, when I wasn't prepared to testify in court they stood right next to me. It was a long 8 months of going back and forth to court. When I wanted it to be over and settled they encouraged me that their strategy would be worth the wait of a favorable outcome. Cindy and Holly never judged me and presented my character and story to the prosecutor in the most professional and genuine way possible. In January of 2017 after Cindy sat and negotiated and all 14 out of 15 charges were dismissed. I received First Offender a really low fine and probation. The judge even told Cindy if I completed a year or two of my probation he would drop even the one charge and my record will be clear of everything. What I was facing would have been far worse and I am so thankful to God for bringing Cindy and Holly of Manning Legal Group into my life and having them advocate and fight for me. I will be calling them again in a year to go up before the judge again. They were truly God sent.

In 2012 I went to prison for various drug charges. Released over three years later and trying to rebuild my life I could not obtain a drivers license because it was suspended three times. I called one lawyer after another and no one would help me because it was a closed case: past disposition. One la...wyer gave me another lawyers name. I was referred to another lawyer over and over. I called Cindy and we had a phone consultation. She agreed to take my case and we set a price. Which by the way was very reasonable. I expected to wait several weeks but I was in court within two weeks. I didn't have to go before the judge. Just sat and waited while Cindy and her staff handled everything. I went in thinking the best I could hope for was a hardship permit to go to work and school but Cindy managed to get my license fully reinstated with no restrictions. I was very surprised. It was under a new law passed last year that she was able to get them reinstated. I am so pleased with Cindy and her staff being knowledgeable, friendly, and efficient. Should the need ever arise I wouldn't hire anyone except Cindy Manning.

"I'm very impressed with Ms. Manning overall, particularly her willingness to make herself available whenever the need arises. Just prior to her leaving on vacation she had arranged for my son's release from jail but due to some processing conflicts at the jail his release was stalled. By 6pm that ...evening we had lost all hope that my son would be released that night and we'd probably have to wait until morning. I had called Ms. Manning and left a message advising her of the status, then after making one last call to the jail about 8PM we were told that Ms. Manning had called them (from Vegas), the problem had been resolved, and we could come pick up my son. Ms. Manning is never more than a phone call away!

Cindy is truly a gifted attorney. She did exactly what she said when she said she would. Cindy has a great way with people and had a very professional demeanor. She kept me informed of progress and even refunded some of my retainer when the work didn't take as much time as she thought!!!! Definatel...y not the norm!!!! Highly recommend!!
