Best Attorney I have ever hired to represent me.

Brian and his Law Firm were amazing. They called me back when they said they would and they took the time to listen to my situation from start to finish. I never felt rushed or like my case was too small for him and the Firm. He is a very wonderful and personable attorney. He came to Court with us, s...howed up early, and spoke with us to comfort and calm our nerves. He resolved our legal matter professionally and I will recommend him and his Firm to everyone I know that needs Legal assistance.

Child Support Question

Gave informative information ... very pleased

Posted by Jessie | December 10, 2014 | Divorce & Separation

Excellent for a Divorce Case

Mr. Pettersson just helped me with a divorce case. I called a lot of attorneys before I contacted Mr. Pettersson. I was really happy I hired him and please with the outcome of the case. He was very clear about what he could do for me, what results to expect and what he needed from me. He was personab...le and compassionate about my concerns and always contacted me back with responses to my questions. His paralegal, Michelle, was fantastic! Mr. Pettersson was persistent and firm without being obnoxious and he was very thorough in covering each part of my case. There was nothing cheap about hiring an attorney, however, I feel that he did everything he could to keep the expenses reasonable on my side of the case. The other side paid three times as much (and some of my fees too :). I had the confidence knowing Mr. Pettersson, as my attorney, did everything he could to help me in an efficient and ethical manner. He always thought about what was in my best interest in my divorce case and that help a lot. Would call him again if I needed a lawyer.

Child support and legitimation

I needed legal advised when my son's mother opened a child support case with child support recovery department. Brian was able to handle negotiating a fair and reasonable child support amount and settle everything so that I didn't have to go to my court hearing. He also prepared documents giving me... legal rights and visitation with my son.

Divorce and Civil Litigation matters

Hired Brian for a divorce and now hiring him for a civil litigation matter. He is very honest and sets expectations fairly. Always have been satisfied with my dealings with him and team. Have recommended several of my friends to him already!

"I referred a domestic relations case to Brian not too long ago as the client lived in the Coweta County area. The client recently told me what a great job Brian did representing him through his divorce. He said Brian knew when to be aggressive, but also knew when to let up to promote settlement. I will definitely be referring other clients to Brian."
