Biography
I take great pride in standing-up for my clients and obtaining outstanding results.
I’m dedicated to helping people through what are often among the worst events of their lives. It’s an unfortunate reality that innocent people are charged with crimes everyday. Far too many simply capitulate to the State and plea guilty. That’s not good enough. I know how to fight back. Let me fight for you.
Before going into private practice, I defended the less fortunate citizens of Henry and Clayton County as an indigent defender. I intentionally maintain a limited caseload, so that I can maintain the extremely high professional standards, which lead to the best possible results.
With my clients, I strive to be compassionate, knowledgeable, and approachable. In court, I employ a combination of cutting-edge, modern advocacy and time-honored logical, emotional, and personal persuasive techniques. My first priority is always protecting his clients’ rights and fighting for them like no one else can.

TERRIBLE
Zach was a terrible lawyer- I had a case that the police never investigated me nor the other witnesses that were there better yet Zach never did either and we were 3 days before "trial." He was so adamant about taking a plea even though I told him I was innocent. I have emails where he stated "if you...

Replied last August 14, 2023I do my absolute best for every single one of my clients, and so I'm always unhappy if they end up unhappy. Sometimes, when a person is charged with a crime, there's no way to come out of the situation completely satisfied. This former client was charged with a life-altering felony. I was able to get that charge dismissed. He received probation on a greatly reduced charge, with the chance for even that to be off his record if he can keep out of trouble for a few years. Like I said, I'm always unhappy when a client is unhappy, but I stand by my representation in this case.

Zac North was very dependable. He can be counted on. He's the best.
Zac North was hired for what was expected to be one or 2 visits but the whole case was delayed since some papers were not ready. This attorney was there rain or shine and if he was not going to be there for the appointed time he made sure the judge was informed ahead and the same to his client (me)....
