Lowell Chester Chatham

I hired Lowell Chatham to resolve my case, before he asked me to mail him the check to process the case, he said how good he is and how easy he can help me to resolve the issue. However, after the check is deposit, he almost never follow up with the case and he always disappear. I believe he is eithe...r a liar (I do not have enough evidence though) or a incompetent lawyer! Do not use him at all.

About a year ago, I sent Chatham some paper work and a check ("mandatory processing fee") so we could follow-up and discuss any potential for a case. When I noticed he had cashed the check but never followed up with a call as agreed, I called and he tried blowing me off but I INSISTED we talk asap. A...t our meeting, another attorney accompanied him. It immediately became clear he DID NOT REVIEW the paper work I sent and his colleague had more useful information than he did. Bottom line, this guy is a joke. The single positive review of him I saw either here or on another site has GOT TO BE FAKED!! It is worth your while to keep looking for someone else to help you.

He is 100% trustworthy and cares about his clients emotional well being. He also takes into account his clients financial situation and provides truthf...ul information. Mr. Chatham is an incompetent and untrustworthy attorney who does not perform the job he was paid to do. When searching for an attorney, please find one who is somewhat interested in your well-being. Mr. Chatham does not seem to be concerned about his clients and does not give truthful information to... them. Clients are in desperate need of representation for any case. This is th reason attorneys are consulted with and then hired. Mr. Chatham extracts money from clients, drags out cases to extract more money and does not care about the emotional or financial well-being of his clients who have entrusted their lives to him. I do not recommend this attorney to anyone at any time.
