DON'T hire Lowell he did the worst job ever. I hired him in an eminent domain case with the City of Hampton Ga. He did the worst job ever. The City Manager even said you hired the worst stupid attorney ever. I did not receive one dime. NEVER EVER HIRE HIM you will definitely regret it. Save your tim...e and money and find someone that will do the job. He will do nothing but collect your money.

About a year ago, I sent Chatham some paper work and a check ("mandatory processing fee") so we could follow-up and discuss any potential for a case. When I noticed he had cashed the check but never followed up with a call as agreed, I called and he tried blowing me off but I INSISTED we talk asap. A...t our meeting, another attorney accompanied him. It immediately became clear he DID NOT REVIEW the paper work I sent and his colleague had more useful information than he did. Bottom line, this guy is a joke. The single positive review of him I saw either here or on another site has GOT TO BE FAKED!! It is worth your while to keep looking for someone else to help you.
