Tyler Lee Moffitt

Tyler Moffitt is a Georgia attorney with more than ten years of experience standing beside people during some of the most difficult moments of their lives. Raised in LaGrange, he grew up surrounded by the values that still guide his work today: treating people with dignity, working harder than expected, and doing the right thing even when it is not easy. After graduating from LaGrange High School, he played three years of college baseball, an experience that shaped his discipline, competitiveness, and commitment to preparation.

Long before opening Moffitt Law, Tyler began learning the inner workings of the legal system from multiple angles. He volunteered at the Coweta Judicial Circuit District Attorney’s Office in LaGrange, clerked at Attorneys at LawSmith in Tucker, and gained real estate and property law experience at Southern Abstract Services. These roles helped him understand how cases move, how prosecutors think, how evidence is built, and what separates strong advocacy from average representation.

After law school, Tyler returned home to serve the communities he knows best. Over the past decade, he has built a respected practice focused on criminal defense, DUI defense, and personal injury law. He has handled cases throughout the state of Georgia, from municipal courts to complex felony courts, and he has earned multiple not guilty verdicts along with strong results for clients who needed protection, guidance, and a steady hand.
