I hired Mr. Florio due to me being charged and indicted with 20 plus felonies he was able to obtain a very affordable bond for me during my bond hearing and my charges were dropped from 20 plus felonies to 2 misdemeanor and absolutely no jail time Mr. Florio is very professional to say the least he'...s very down to earth, and most importantly he returns all calls and e-mails in a timely manner. However there is one that stands out to me the most when him and I are discussing my case he would use words like us, we and our which gives me a great sense of security that I'm not facing the justice system by myself. Mr. Florio (Get it done Florio) is hands down the best lawyer we have ever come in contact with. My fiance was arrested with several VGCS charges...Mr. Florio made it so that he was able to come home. All charges dropped! He is the greatest! This is not the only reason why I say this. He truly cares... about you! I got into a car accident, he called me while I was at the scene he said I'll help you with that if you want me too. He contacted a lawyer that could help. When I didn't hear from the lawyer, I said hey, I haven't heard back from him. He said don't worry, I'll let him know he needs to be more proficient with you. The lawyer called me the next morning! When I tell you when you hire him he is worth every dollar! He is great with calling back. He will call you back the same day! If he doesn't, he has a good reason! Mr. Florio was recommended to me from a friend in law enforcement when I was arrested for DUI. Thomas took the time to explain what I was looking at best case and worse case. My case was weak in the first place. I was pulled over because my tail lights were not illuminated. Had daytime running lights... on which are as bright as headlights but you have to flip switch to turn tail lights on. Stupid me. I refused field sobriety test but did blow in hand held breathalyzer. Blew .07. Officer arrested me anyway for DUI. I later blew in breath machine at the station. The machine malfunctioned but did register .087 the .082 but failed diagnostics. Which he had to no would be inadmissible in court. Officer still charged me with DUI AND DUI less safe. The later nobody tells you about until it's to late. A cop can arrest and charge you with DUI even if you blow below "legal" limit if he believes that you are less safe to drive than if you didn't consume alcohol. BS right. Thomas started poking holes in case right away and was able to get all charges dismissed before my first court date. Hopefully I will never need his services again but I will recommend him to any of my friends.
