I have known Thomas Florio for years and although I know other Attorney's, he is by far the most reliable, dependable and trustworthy Attorney I have ever met. I had used Thomas Florio to help me with a DUI charge from the "Nighthawks" in Buckhead (rogue DUI task force that stops everyone). It was the classic two beer DUI we all here stories about. Mr. Florio was understanding, non-judgemental, very competent honest, and truly an advocate. He does not make ...unrealistic promises and clearly outlines his course of action for you particular case. He successfully got my DUI reduced to Reckless Driving which is a victory. He strategically saved my driver's license and settled my case timely and to my satisfaction and more. Of course every case is unique. Mr.Florio is awesome!!!He went the courtroom for us and made a way out of no way..when everything was against us he faught harder..he said he would fight for us and we win ..he convinced the DA to go along with dropping all felony charges which was about 8 down to misdemeanors..and some charges dropp...ed and he pleased no longer so my boyfriend probation officer wouldn't bother him..get this he's on first offender..if he would have kept those felonies he would have been gone to prison right now..he gave my man a chance at life again to get it together as a free non convicted felon..he can start his life over and become everything he ever wanted to be ..I am so so greatful...
