I am seeking a divorce from my husband who is serving prison time for a drug conviction. When I requested supervised visits only, she made the comment that she couldn't tell his mother that she wasn't allowed to go to the store. She showed very little concern for the welfare of my children, even th...ough I told past stories that justified my concerns. She emailed the papers to me, and left out the part about supervised visits. When I replied stating that and asking a few additional questions I got no reply. I made several phone calls, leaving messages each time with no return call. When I finally reached her - on the 4th phone attempt and two emails, she suggested that I get a new lawyer who will word things like I want them. When I said that wasn’t what I was saying she told me that's what she was saying. That she was really busy right now and I didn't have time for this. After a month of trying to contact her, time off work, and paperwork filled out, I am back to the beginning
