Jillian Todd has completely disregarded me as a client. I have been waiting since June 2023 for any kind of update, but she does not return calls for months, and the only communication I get is through her receptionist. She doesn’t follow up with insurance adjusters, and I have yet to see any progres...s on my case. At this point, I don’t even know if this is about money because I’ve never seen a check—just complete neglect. If you’re looking for an attorney, don’t waste your time here—you’ll get farther handling your case yourself.

I've had the most Amazing experience with this Law Firm Jillian M Todd , was so accommodating with my work Schedule she made an exception to see me after hours , I call her on Wednesday she Scheduled an appointment for that Friday , I had to be in court that following Monday , I was so Ne...rvous about my Court Date , but she show so much Compassion , and provided me with solid information to prepare for my Court Date , I followed her suggestions , and everything work out in my Favor , I'm so Grateful .
