I had a bit of a break down after I hired James thinking what did I pay you all of this money for?! Up until my court date I was so anxious even though he and his team tried to put me at ease, its hard! James was able to get me a great plea bargain deal and was able to put my whole situation behind m...e very quickly. His office staff was very professional and they were quick with email responses and keeping me informed with any case updates. I didn't like the fact that my video of my arrest was mailed to my house before I went to court with no warning email or call but other than that I was very pleased with my services. DUI is a very slow, stressful process and I would definitely recommend James and his team. His services were worth the money and I found out I paid for his professionalism, knowledge and Community connections to help keep me out of some really HOT water!

Mr Dutton and his staff, especially Bridget and Ashley, really took care of me from start to finish. I never had to wonder what was going on with my case as I received regular emails reviewing the status, next steps and when & where I was supposed to be. Mr. Dutton was also available by phone and vis...its to their office. I had to be out of town at my first court date and was worried about this. Bridget and Ashley calmed me down and in very short order informed me that my date had been moved to accommodate me. At court Mr. Dutton had a friendly but businesslike manner about him with everyone involved including the judge and prosecutor. He knew the law and worked as my advocate in detailing my side of the case. Because of all this my case was dismissed outright!!! I hope I don't​ever need an attorney again but if I do I will go back to James Dutton!

I was falsely accused of something I did not do, by someone that has a grudge against me because I left him. I hired an attorney when it first happened then something came up and the attorney could no longer represent me on this case. So, Mr. Dutton was recommended for replacement. I agreed to give h...im a try. Mr. Dutton took over my case while it was in progress and continued defending me without skipping a beat. He and the previous attorney, on my case, did exactly what they said they would do. I could not have asked for anything more than what they did because they did it all. I have never seen an attorney do a job as wonderful they did. I was scared at first because of my previous experience with attorneys, but they kept me at peace through the entire process. He and his staff were always on top of things, making sure that I was kept up to date with all of the proceedings and made things as easy as possible on me. Thank you for a job well done. I received a large speeding ticket in another state during my business trip. The violation required me to appear before the court in person. That was my first (and hopefully, last) violation of this kind and I didn't know what to do. In addition to that, my work makes me 120% busy and I could not aff...ord to take days out to go to the court. James and his team did an amazing job throughout the whole process, and they were able to eliminate the need to go to the court, so I could just pay the fine online. They were very responsive by email, promptly answering all of my questions. James and Josh took time to explain to me all the options and how exactly they expect things to work out in each of them. I really liked that they were always ready to talk to me and kept me informed on the progress.
