James Robert Dutton

Mr Dutton and his staff, especially Bridget and Ashley, really took care of me from start to finish. I never had to wonder what was going on with my case as I received regular emails reviewing the status, next steps and when & where I was supposed to be. Mr. Dutton was also available by phone and vis...its to their office. I had to be out of town at my first court date and was worried about this. Bridget and Ashley calmed me down and in very short order informed me that my date had been moved to accommodate me. At court Mr. Dutton had a friendly but businesslike manner about him with everyone involved including the judge and prosecutor. He knew the law and worked as my advocate in detailing my side of the case. Because of all this my case was dismissed outright!!! I hope I don't​ever need an attorney again but if I do I will go back to James Dutton!

Unfortunately this was not the first time I needed legal counsel, but fortunately for me I chose James and his team of Bridget and Ashley. From my first visit with Bridget it was clear I was in the right place by the attention that was paid to the details of my case. Any time I had a question about... anything I could expect to get an answer from Ashley by phone AND email within a few hours of having asked the question. Any time we had a meeting scheduled Ashley would call ahead of time to remind me of such. I never had a meeting when I felt rushed, he always made sure to explain EVERYTHING in detail and take as long as necessary to do so. When time to go to court came it was nice knowing exactly where my lawyer was because he found me when he got to the courtroom before any other lawyers were there. James was very thorough in explaining exactly what questions were going to be asked by the judge and what my answers should be. These all sound like common sense practices, but sad to say a lot of firms out there do not show the same courtesy this team does in regards to your time and the nerves associated with a trial.

I had a great experience with Mr. Dutton and his staff. Specifically Bridget and Ashley, they were on top of my case. They were constantly emailing me updates. I have delt previously with several different attorneys that were disconnected and hard to get in touch with. . Also, I was very pleased with... the resolution of my case. I would recommend this firm as I have found them to be Competent, reasonably priced and I got great results.
